Donald Trump has now clinched victory in Nevada, giving him six more Electoral College votes and his sixth victory in the battleground state.

Trump now has a total of 301 Electoral College votes, leaving only Arizona — the final swing state — to go unvoted.

As of Saturday morning, 212 Republicans had been elected to 200 Democrats, meaning Trump could be given full control of both branches of government and the levers of power in Washington.

Meanwhile, the president-elect has already begun preparing for the Oval Office.

He has appointed Susie Wiles as his new White House chief of staff and is believed to be looking to reassign Tom Homan to handle immigration. Homan, a contributor to the 2025 Project, served as acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement between 2017 and 2018 and is considered a key architect of the “zero tolerance” family separation policy of the first Trump administration.
