Itel S25 Ultra Price in India, Design and Specifications Leaked; Recommended to get the Unisoc T620 SoC, 5,000 mAh battery

The Itel S25 Ultra 4G is expected to go official as soon as its pricing details, key specifications, and design surface online via purported marketing images. The leaked promotional material suggests three color options for the phone. The Itel S25 Ultra 4G sports a triple camera unit on the back and a punch-hole cutout on the display. It will reportedly feature a Unisoc T620 SoC under the hood, along with up to 8GB of RAM. The Itel S25 Ultra 4G is designed to carry a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

Tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz) job alleged marketing materials and renders of the Itel S25 Ultra showing its specifications and design. The tipster claims that the price of the 4G handset will be lower than Rs. 9,999. 15,000 in India or around $160 (around Rs. 13,500) in other markets.

The renders show the Itel S25 Ultra in Black, Blue, and Titanium colors with a punch-hole display design. It appears to have a triple rear camera arranged at the top left corner of the handset. The sensor layout is identical to the camera setup of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

According to the leak, the Itel S25 Ultra will have a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 1,400 nits. It is expected to run on the Unisoc T620 chipset with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The built-in RAM could support expansion up to 16GB using unused storage. It will reportedly feature a 50-megapixel primary rear camera. For selfies and video chats, there could be a 32-megapixel front camera.

The Itel S25 Ultra would pack a 5,000mAh battery with 18W support. It could measure 6.9mm thick and weigh 163 grams.

The purported marketing images of the Itel S25 Ultra indicate an IP64 rated version. The phone could also come with a 60-month proficiency certificate.
