Similar contests for pop culture icons are breaking the Internet. Following Timothée Chalamet’s likeness contest, a similar event was held in London’s Soho Square, where hundreds of fans gathered dressed as singer Harry Styles.
West London’s Oscar Giorno, a 22-year-old singer and guitarist in the rock band Parlay, won the similar competition, according to videos that went viral. One clip shows several of Styles’ lookalikes wearing colorful outfits, trying to achieve the singer’s signature fashion style. At the end of the clip, the winner and runner-up were announced.
According to a report in Variety magazine, the competition was organized by journalist Katrina Mirpuri.

With over a million views, many social media users have “judged” the content. “Harry Styles was probably the friends we made along the way,” one user wrote. Another user commented, “Do they think this is why they style their hair like his and wear those clothes that look the same?” At least most of Timothy’s lookalikes were actually similar.
“But none of them look like Harry,” a third user said. “Honestly, the man in red looks like Sebastian Stan,” another user wrote.
Last month, actor Timothée Chalamet sparked a frenzy among his fans who gathered in New York City’s lower Manhattan for a similar event. Chalamet surprised his fans by crashing the event and posing with several of his peers. In a video that went viral, he was seen wearing a blue jacket, hat and pants.
