Musk told Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum on Monday that Elon has “no choice” but to wade into American politics because Democrats will impose unnecessary regulations and bureaucracy to stop his innovations.
“They just want to slow it down and there are a lot of people behind them who have to pay a lot to stop development in America,” she said.
